Meet Ijeoma Agu an Actor with a Difference...

Ijeoma Agu is finally ready to perform her One-Man play by a Woman in Ikoyi, Lagos on the 17th of November 2012. She dazzled everyone with her performance in her last feature film that is still running in the cinema Hoodrush where she stared along side Bimbo Akintola, OC Okeje, Gabriel Afolayan, Directed by Dimeji Ajibola this movie has been receiving awesome reviews from everyone that have gone to see it.
She took a course in Emem Isong's Royal Arts Academy to groom herself more in Acting. She has featured in several Acting jobs both on Stage, Tv and Movies, where she always exhibits her raw and unpredictable wonderful talents in whatever role she is given. She has her way of keeping her audience spellbound until she has finished acting. Let me know if what i just said is wrong after going to see Hoodrush still in the cinema, or her previous jobs like Abobaku, Aina, First time, Spotlight, About to Wed, David's Fall e.t.c
She participated in a competition called 30 Nigerian House Artist organized by Stratford, Theater Royal Stratford East in conjunction with Bank of Industry, London Competition where the winners would be awarded a grant of 3000pounds to carry out the project of their choice if they have original content out of the 160 applications received from Nigerians all over the world only 6 based here in Nigeria were called and Ijeoma emerged one of the winnners. She was in London to receive her award at the same time she was with seasoned stage director Bayo Oduneye's and his impeccable crew, Olu Jacobs, Justus Esiri, Joke Silva, Segun Arinze, Najite Dede and a host of great actors in London during the Olympics to perform stage plays for the Cultural Olympiad 2012.
Ijeoma will be performing for the first time on stage for the whole world to see a one-man play by a woman which is basically the story of every woman, young, old, ancient or modern. Simply saying women have feeling, right and a voice and it is about time our voice be heard and feelings be taking into consideration.
Attendance is free! do not be told make sure you are at 10A events, its on Ikoya Avenue off Mcpherson street, Ikoyi. Lagos on the 17th of November 2012. It is FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE so come and watch, support and encourage this young thespian lady filled with passion and talent for the arts and i bet you would be glad you did...Cheers
